Return Policy
At Evoklay Ayurveda, we prioritize providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. Please note that once a product has been opened or used, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to resale restrictions.
If you receive a product that has been tampered with or damaged during shipping, kindly inform our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receipt and include supporting images. This allows us to address your concerns promptly.
For quality complaints regarding a product, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that Evoklay Ayurveda cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring after delivery, and damages resulting from neglect, improper use, or incorrect application are not covered under our return policy.
Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and in a saleable condition, subject to our terms and conditions.
Return Process
At Evoklay Ayurveda, we aim to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. However, once a product has been opened or damaged, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive a tampered or damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, providing supporting images.
For any complaints about product quality, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of receiving your order.
Evoklay Ayurveda is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. We will not cover damages caused by neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application.
Product exchanges will only be accepted if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, undamaged, and subject to our terms.
Requests for returns and exchanges will be subject to review by Evoklay Ayurveda.
No refunds will be issued once the goods have been sold.
Cancellation Policy
At Evoklay Ayurveda, we understand that circumstances may require you to cancel an order. You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it on our website if the products have not yet been dispatched.
You can cancel your order through your account on the website or by contacting our customer support team.
If an order is not canceled within one hour, it cannot be canceled. However, if you cancel your order within the one-hour window, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges, and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder.
Shipping Details
Each product is carefully packaged with biodegradable materials in a sturdy recyclable shipper box. All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day, and delivery is expected within 7 business days.
Orders are shipped through reputable couriers, and you will receive an email with your package's tracking number once it is dispatched.
Order deliveries will be made between 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., and signatures are required upon delivery.
Shipping Charges
All orders qualify for free domestic shipping throughout India.
Out of Stock Items
If your item is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss how you would like the order handled. We do not back order items that we cannot immediately fulfill.
Pricing Policy
Product prices are subject to change without notice, and all prices are listed in Indian rupees and inclusive of all taxes. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of shipping. Our products are liable for GST in India.
